Ordering Information

How do I place an order?

  1. Simply specify your quantity and add the item to your cart.
  2. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and complete your shipping / contact information.
  3. Select a Payment Method to pay for your order.
  4. Your order is confirmed after completing the Checkout process. You will also receive an email with your order details.

Where do you ship your items?

We gladly ship to any country in the world. However, shipping costs will be calculated from Malaysia.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within three working days.

How soon will I receive my order?

Delivery times range from 2-3 days for domestic orders to 7-14 days for international orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, we will send you an email update with your parcel's Tracking Number. You can track the status of the delivery online.

Payment Information

How can I make payment for my order?

For customers residing in Malaysia, you can either use Paypal, credit cards or via bank transfer.
For international customers, you can make payment by using Paypal or Credit cards.

What credit cards are accepted?

We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard.

Which currency do you use?

We use Ringgit Malaysia as the baseline. You may view the prices in your preferred currency by using the built-in Currency Converter on our website.

Returns / Exchange / Refunds Policy

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Downloadable media products
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Caydence Music, 1-13, Jalan Anggerik Perdana 2, Taman Anggerik Perdana, 43500 Semenyih SGR, Malaysia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping items valued over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at caydencemusic2020@gmail.com and send your item to: Caydence Music, 1-13, Jalan Anggerik Perdana 2, Taman Anggerik Perdana, 43500 Semenyih SGR, Malaysia.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
